Got pretty pissed with a customer just now..
Told me that she need a spec to correct her so-called blurry vision..So chose a spec and proceed to eye examination..And when asked to read without any aid of lens correction, she replied,
And I asked her to read out the reading again and again,she simply refused to..Asked what she saw..she simply replied,'I can see clearly'
'Its clear..I can see..'
And I was like..WTH.. Then why do you need a pair of correction spec since you can see everything so clear..I have no idea what she meant by everything is clear.. I asked in a polite way.
Was pretty pissed with her words.. Then I asked again.'Since you can see clearly.I pressume that you need the specs merely
for a better cosmetic appearance? In that case,I would just put in a lens without degree for you.Is it alright?''You know how to check or not? I ever wear specs you know?' she replied.
'Then can you see the letters?Can please read them aloud to me?'
Then she finally reply,.
ARggh......Why don't you say it out from the first place? Why act as though you can see clearly when you don't read?'I cant read them...'
And when she's done with all the checking and when receipt is issued, she told her friends..

wear specs meh?'
How do you expect me to check, if you don't read and do not intend to tell me what you can and cannot see at the first place?

u know what? u should tell them that if they don't cooperate with u.. u have the rights to not do customer service. retail rights what. stupid mirians.. sia soi nia. cannot see say cannot see la.. in medical examination also wanna lie. so dishonest. gosh.
